I am 38 years old, married to the love of my life, Joe; we have one 5 year old son, Ian. Joe is in the Navy so we move a lot more than I would ever want. I went to high school and college in Maine, we hope to retire there in the near future. I have a degree in Graphic Design and love photography, painting, scrapbooking and working out.

I am definitely a left-handed, right brained person. Math to me is like a foreign language - I need a calculator to get basic things figured out. Algebra, Geometry - what is that and why do I need it? Give me a camera, paint, paper, any type of creative supply or idea and watch out! I see art in everything I look at, and my brain just won't shut off when it comes to ideas for scrapbook pages, paintings, writing children's books, taking photos - it all seems so natural to me.

Keeping a journal for me is having a notebook close at hand to write all my ideas down so I don't lose them.
